2024 Book Fair

The Book Fair is coming back!
When: Wednesday, Oct 30th - Friday, Nov 1st from 7am-3pm
You may come in before or after school or during your child's lunch to shop with them, or they can shop on their own at times designated by their teacher. Students must have an adult with them from 7am-7:25am.
Before the Book Fair begins:
1. Sign your student’s permission slip!
2. Set up an E-Wallet for your child:
Starting on Oct 3rd, you can add money to your child’s E-wallet by following these steps:
a. Enter the Book Fair website.
b. Click the "Get Started" button.
c. Click the "Create Account" button (or sign in to previous account).
e. Fund E-Wallet.
If you had a previous balance, it will show up as "Fund with an E-gift card balance". Do that first, then fund additionally with credit card next. E-wallet is the preferred mode of payment.
Grandparents can also add money to your E-Wallet when you share this link: Invite family and friends
Two ways to help:
1. Volunteer at the Book Fair - it's is a blast!
You can do multiple shifts. We always need help at the crucial 7a-8a time frame.

2. Donate to "Share the Fair":
You can donate to kids at VOE whose families are not financially able to support the Book Fair, so all VOE students can go home with a new book. It's called "Share the Fair":
2A. Sign up to donate here.
2B. Then, Donate within the E-Wallet.
