Congratulations, Mrs. Ellis!

We are thrilled to celebrate Mrs. Ellis as the SBISD 2025 Teacher of the Year for Valley Oaks Elementary! With eight years in education, all in Special Education, she has been a dedicated advocate for her students. Starting as a paraprofessional in a specialized unit for students with autism, she quickly stepped into a teaching role, making a lasting impact ever since.
